Community Healing

This gathering will focus on healing from trauma as communities. It may stir up emotion. Together we can provide a safe space to share how trauma impacts us, how to transform trauma responses and how community can support healing.

We will build a community altar. You can contribute if you want to. Bring a photo of an ancestor or hero, an item of food, fruit or veg from your tradition, or a memento, a flower, a badge, something that means something special to you.

Since trauma can bring up difficult issues, please feel free to take part or not at any stage, and consider being aware of any self care knowledge you have already.
