A Herb Talk by herbalists, Karen & Fi (Seed SistAs), who do regular radio shows, podcasts and talks about herbalism on Reel Rebels Radio. This talk is part of RRR’s Black & White Noise Open Booth Day, 9th October.
In this open-panel, live studio recording, Karen and Fi are joined by a diverse panel to discuss how plants have been colonialised, racism and classism in mainstream and alternative medicines, the legacy and affects of colonialism on plant medicine education and practice and the need for ‘BAME’ practitioners to take up space, lead, share knowledge and power.
